Gravy

When you fry  chicken breast or minute steak you don’t have a nice base to make your gravy. With Cranberry or German Style Gravelbourg Mustard this has changed.

Just add some flour to make a roux. Then about 1 cup chicken / beef broth or until the right consistency. Finish the gravy by adding 2 tablespoons of Gravelbourg Mustard.
