Chicken Lasagna

Chicken Lasagna Picture

Great for a cold day


12 oven ready lasagna noodles
2T cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
2c. chicken broth
1 can tomato sauce
1/2c. parmesan cheese
2 minced garlic cloves
2t Gravelbourg German Mustard
1/2 t dried basil
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1/8 t cayenne pepper
2c. cooked chicken cubed
24 cherry tomatoes
1c. shredded cheese
paprika & minced parsley


In a large pan combine cornstarch and milk till smooth. Whisk in broth, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic, mustard and spices.

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Spread 1/4c. sauce in the baking pan, then arrange noodles, add chicken and tomatoes to remaining sauce.

Arrange noodles and alternate layers of sauce and noodles.

Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle shredded cheese, and paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50min. Top with parsley
