Gravelbourg Mustard Chicken Clubhouse Pizza
A twist to traditional pizza
Ingredients1 Pizza crust
1/4c. sun dried tomatoes
2T chopped parsley
2T Gravelbourg French or German Style Mustard
1c. shredded cheese
1c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1c. cooked chicken breast sliced or diced
1/2c. halved grape tomatoes
2 sliced green onions
Blend sun dried tomatoes, mayo, parsley and mustard till mixed well. Stir in half the cheese and mozzarella.
Spread over the pizza crust.
Scatter sliced chicken, grape tomatoes and green onions over the pizza. Sprinkle the remaining cheese.
Bake on the bottom rack at 450 degrees for 14-16min or till crust is golden brown.
