Gravelbourg Mustard Jerk Chicken
Ingredients1/2c. Jerk seasoning
2-3 lbs. chicken (wings or breast)
2c. BBQ sauce
2t. Gravelbourg French Style Mustard
2t. ground ginger
1/3c. brown sugar
In resealable bag, add jerk seasoning and chicken. Mix well. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
Grill chicken and brush on sauce.
