Honey Mustard Salmon Recipe
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup French Gravelbourg mustard
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt 6 salmon fillets (or try our Wild West Steelhead Trout)
Whisk first 5 ingredients and pour in baking dish. Add salmon fillets, turn to coat. Refrigerate 24 hours. Preheat oven to 400F (or try grilling on the BBQ).
Place salmon on parchment paper, skin down. Bake 8 min, and brush with remaining glaze. Bake 8 minutes longer.
