Great Appetizer


8oz. smoked salmon
8oz. cream cheese
1-2 Tablespoons Gravelbourg Garlic or French Style Mustard
ground pepper
Dill weed to garnish


Combine all ingredients in a food processor till smooth. Transfer into a piping bag, chill for an hour.

Pipe onto crackers. You can also transfer into a bowl, chill for an hour then serve.

I like piping the mousse onto crackers.
